Complete guide to green juice

by | 1/12/14

Summer is a great season to drink green juice daily, whether for breakfast, lunch, after a physical activity or any time you feel like it.

One study A recent UK survey showed that people who consume more than seven servings of fruits and vegetables a day have a lower risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease than those who don't. Green juices are a wonderful (and easy) way to get multiple of these servings into your diet!

I know a lot of people think that eating healthy takes a lot of time, but green juices are easy, and super fast - in five minutes you put everything in a blender, blend it, and then if I'm really busy I take it with me wherever I go. go to drink on the way. Also, if you want something faster, you can prepare it overnight and refrigerate it. But remember not to add the chia seeds, or you'll end up with a chia pudding and you'll have to eat it with a spoon (which I also love). It's also a great option when you don't have time to prepare lunch or even stop for lunch – take it to work and refrigerate, and you'll have an energizing, light lunch that will fill you up in the afternoon. Another option is to blend a larger amount of juice and freeze in ice cube trays. When drinking, add 2 or 3 cubes to a blender with half a cup of water.

The combinations are endless. Below is a simple guide you can follow.
